Wi-Tronix User Conference in Chicago May 21-22, 2019

Bolingbrook, Illinois – March 27, 2019 – Railroad industry leaders and innovators will gather May 21-22 in downtown Chicago for the Wi-Tronix User Conference, where they will have the opportunity to network with other rail industry professionals. Wi-Tronix personnel will lead user conference participants in training and demos that will provide meaningful insights into the ever-evolving rail industry, as well as the future capabilities of Wi-Tronix IoT (Internet of Things) solutions for rail.

 

After two days of in-depth, informative sessions, participants will walk away with a deeper knowledge of solutions that enhance safety, efficiency and reliability of rail operations. Key learnings of the conference will fuel participants’ efforts to optimize operations while driving long-term growth strategies.

 

Wi-Tronix, a global leader in the rail industry, will demonstrate applications for its latest technology to leverage real-time locomotive information. Participants will gain an understanding of the role Video Analytics and Artificial Intelligence are starting to play in decision making and automation of vehicle and infrastructure systems.

 

Wi-Tronix leaders also will share their new engagement and learning platform called Community, explain new Wi-Tronix product packaging, and demonstrate how to optimize product functionality and expose new value streams to further leverage a Wi-Tronix investment.

 

In addition, the User Conference will feature discussions of pressing industry issues and trends, with participants encouraged to add their valuable insight as Wi-Tronix creates a roadmap for the future of its products and features.

 

Featured keynote speakers and thought leaders at the Wi-Tronix User Conference include:

 

  • Larry Jordan, Wi-Tronix president and founder, who will discuss the “see, hear, feel and experience” aspect of railroad IoT and the future of automated railway operations.
  • Noelle Pikus-Pace, two-time Olympian and world champion skeleton racer, business owner, mother, author and motivational speaker, who has won an Olympic silver medal and is a strategic performance expert.
  • Industry experts from Canadian National Railway, Amtrak, Florida East Coast Railway, BNSF Railway and others, who will share their own transformations and offer rail insights from across North America.

 

Conference attendees will have access to more than 20 educational sessions, including interactive presentations, rail-focused use cases, small work groups and training.
