Michael Tyler

Michael Tyler is a highly experienced executive with over 20 years at Siemens, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Services since March 2019. Based in Sacramento, California, he oversees customer service operations, ensuring high standards and satisfaction.
Previously, Michael held several key roles at Siemens, including Senior Director of Finance and Business Administration from October 2014 to March 2019 in Austin, Texas, where he managed financial operations and business administration for Siemens Mobility Customer Services in the United States and Canada. He also served as Senior Director, Segment Controller LC & IS, from January 2011 to September 2014, and Director of FBA from January 2009 to December 2011.
Michael’s career at Siemens began in October 2004 as a Senior Commercial Project Manager, where he had commercial P&L responsibility for light rail projects in Houston and Charlotte. He later became the Director of Project Controlling and Business Development, responsible for project controlling and bid activities for light rail manufacturing.
Michael holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
