The 2025 Wi-Tronix Advisory Committee will take place at Chicago Union Station. Join us in the historic Founders Room and Barber Shop to participate in the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance rail safety, operations, and locomotive reliability.
Two hotel blocks have been reserved for this event, both within walking distance of all Advisory Committee-related events! Book your stay at either Canopy by Hilton Chicago Central Loop or the adjoining Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Central Loop. When booking your travel accommodations, be sure to book your stay Tuesday through Thursday, as events kick off Tuesday at 6:00 PM and conclude at 10:00 PM Wednesday.

After our official agenda concludes, we’ll relocate to Sky Deck Chicago for our closing networking event. Enjoy dinner, drinks, discussions with fellow professionals… and views of the City of Chicago from the iconic Sky Deck Ledge on the 99th floor!
